ARTICLE 1 - PERSONAL INFORMATION COLLECTED

When you make a purchase from Eli Stockholm, as part of our buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address, email address or phone number.

When you browse Eli Stockholm, we also automatically receive your computer’s Internet Protocol (IP) address, which provides us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.

As part of email marketing, with your permission, we may send you emails about Eli Stockholm, new products, other updates or your incomplete orders.

ARTICLE 4 - SHOPIFY

Eli Stockholm is hosted by Shopify Inc.
They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Your data is stored in Shopify's data storage system and databases. It is kept on a secure server behind a firewall.

If you make your purchase through a direct payment gateway, Shopify stores your credit card data.
This information is encrypted in accordance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS).
Your purchase transaction data is kept as long as necessary to complete your order and then deleted.

All direct payment gateways adhere to the PCI-DSS standards set by major credit card brands such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

ARTICLE 5 - SERVICES PROVIDED BY THIRD PARTIES

In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to perform the services they provide to us (example: payment processing).

Some third-party providers, such as payment gateways, have their own privacy policies.
We recommend that you read their policies carefully to understand how your information will be processed. (Visa, American Express, MasterCard, JCB, Stripe.)

Note that some providers may be located in a different jurisdiction than you.
Therefore, your information may be subject to the laws of the jurisdiction in which that provider is located.

If you provide us with your credit card information, it is encrypted via SSL protocol and stored with AES-256 encryption.

Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional recognized standards.

COOKIES

Here is a list of cookies we use:

  • session_id : Unique session identifier, used to store session information.

  • _shopify_visit : No data stored; used to record the number of visits.

  • _shopify_uniq : Counts the number of visits from a unique customer.

  • cart : unique identifier storing cart information (duration: 2 weeks).

  • _secure_session_id : Secure unique identifier.

  • storefront_digest : Identifier used to determine if a visitor has access to the site if it is password protected.

ARTICLE 7 - AGE OF CONSENT

By using this site, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your country, state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your country, state or province of residence and that you have given your consent to allow any minor dependents to use Eli Stockholm.

ARTICLE 9 - SMS MARKETING

By entering your phone number at checkout and initiating a purchase, or by signing up through our marketing form, you consent to receive SMS messages (regarding your order or promotions).

The number of marketing SMS messages will not exceed 30 per month.
You can unsubscribe at any time by replying STOP to a text message.
To send SMS, your number is transmitted to our SMS provider (smsbump.com).

We track whether a shortened link has been clicked in our SMS messages for analytical purposes.
