Subject to stock availability, we strive to maintain accurate inventory management, but stockouts can occasionally occur. If this happens, we will contact you to ask if you prefer to wait for restocking or receive a credit note.

2. Delivery costs

Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions and destination of your order.
Delivery charges are paid at the time of purchase and this price is final.

3. Returns

4. Delivery conditions

Generally, international orders are delivered within 4 days . However, in some exceptional cases, it can take up to 14 days depending on the delivery method and the carrier used.

Shipping times

Orders are usually processed within 2 business days after payment.

We allow a 24-hour delay for any change of delivery address .

The maximum shipping time is 3 business days .

5. Tracking notification

A delivery marked as "delivered" by the carrier is considered valid.

If the carrier confirms the loss, Élise & Juliette will offer you the free return of the items or a credit note greater than your initial purchase .
