General conditions of sale and use

ARTICLE 1: SCOPE OF APPLICATION
These general conditions of sale apply to all sales concluded via the site https://eli-stockholm.com/ .

ARTICLE 2: ORDERS
Automatic registration systems are considered proof of the nature and content of the order. Eli Stockholm® confirms acceptance of the order to the email address provided by the customer. The sale will be concluded upon validation of payment for the order by Eli Stockholm®, either at the time of payment validation for orders paid by credit card online, or upon receipt of payment by check.
Eli Stockholm® reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute regarding the payment of a previous order.

ARTICLE 3: AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS
Our offers and prices are valid as long as they are visible on the site.
The availability indicated at the time of consultation by the customer depends on our stock and that of our suppliers.

Our catalog is enriched with information from our suppliers; therefore, some items may not be immediately available.
Only products that are definitely out of stock will be removed from our offer.

In case of unavailability after ordering, the customer will be informed by email or on the invoice.

Delivery times:
The delivery time is specified when ordering, based on product availability and the delivery method chosen.
In case of delay, the customer can cancel his order.

Special case - Pre-orders:
Some products are available for pre-order with a release date communicated by the publisher. This date is indicative and subject to change. Eli Stockholm® will ship products as soon as they are available.

ARTICLE 4: PRICE
Prices are expressed in net euros, excluding delivery costs.
They can be modified at any time but the products are invoiced at the rate in effect at the time the order is recorded.

All orders are invoiced and payable in euros.
Customs duties and local taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

ARTICLE 5: DELIVERY COSTS
Delivery costs include a contribution to preparation, packaging and postage costs.
Orders must be combined: two separate orders will incur two separate delivery charges.

ARTICLE 6: PAYMENT
Several payment methods are available to ensure maximum security:

  • Bank card (Visa, Eurocard/Mastercard) via a secure form (SSL encryption)

  • Payment via Paypal

No banking data passes through our site.
Your order is validated upon acceptance of payment by the bank.

ARTICLE 7: DELIVERY
We deliver to your home or to a collection point.
Times include order processing and shipping.

Delivery is estimated between 10 and 20 days from the shipping confirmation email.
These deadlines are indicative and do not bind Eli Stockholm®.

ARTICLE 8: GUARANTEE - RETURNS - REFUNDS - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The products offered are new and guaranteed against any defect.
They are identical to those of traditional commerce.

In the event of non-conformity or defect, the buyer has 15 working days to request an exchange or refund.

Items must be returned in perfect condition, in their original packaging, with all accessories and documents.

The buyer must provide a description and photos of the defect to kontakt@eli-stockholm.com .

In the event of withdrawal, Eli Stockholm® will reimburse the customer within a maximum of 14 days after receipt of the return.
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

ARTICLE 9: TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP - TRANSFER OF RISKS
Ownership of the products is only transferred to the customer after full payment of the price.
The risks associated with the products are transferred at the time of delivery.

ARTICLE 10: PROTECTION OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA
Eli Stockholm® is the producer and owner of the site's databases.
Any substantial extraction or reuse of data is prohibited without express authorization.

ARTICLE 11: RESPONSIBILITY
Product descriptions are based on information provided by the publishers. Eli Stockholm® cannot be held responsible for their content.

In the event of force majeure (strike, flood, fire, etc.), Eli Stockholm® cannot be held responsible.

The products comply with current UK legislation.
Eli Stockholm® declines all responsibility for non-compliance in any other country.

ARTICLE 12: APPLICABLE LAW
All clauses of these general conditions as well as all sales transactions are subject to the law of the United Kingdom.

ARTICLE 13: CUSTOMER ACCEPTANCE
The customer acknowledges having read and accepted these general conditions of sale.
He waives the right to assert his own purchasing conditions.
These conditions may be modified without notice.
