Returns and Refunds Policy

Our policy is 14 days. If 14 days have passed since you received your product, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

If you change your mind within 24 hours of placing your order, we will issue an immediate refund.

We only process orders after a 24-hour delay to allow for the correction of any errors or changes requested by customers. After this period, if the order has been processed, we will no longer be able to cancel your order until the product is delivered, received, and returned to the address provided.

To return a product, the item must be unused, in the same condition as when it was received, and in its original packaging. Returns are at your expense and must be sent to the address we provide.

Certain product categories cannot be returned. We do not accept returns on intimate or sanitary products. Gift cards are also non-returnable.

To make a return, we will verify that it is your order using your order number and/or the information used during purchase (usually your email address).

There are two options to validate a return:

• We confirm receipt of the package at the return address indicated.

• You send us a scan or photo as proof that the package has been returned.
  In all cases, the shipment should not be addressed to the manufacturer. A postal receipt or shipping ticket can be accepted as proof.

We may ask you to wait until you actually receive your product rather than just provide proof of receipt before issuing a refund. A package inspection may be required before processing.

If you receive a defective product and request a refund but refuse to provide a photo of the product received, we will ask you to ship the item to a specific address for inspection.

Refunds will only be issued after receipt and inspection of the returned item. If the item is found to be in good condition after inspection, we will notify you with a photo and/or video, and we will refuse the refund.

This may seem strict, but due to some people acting dishonestly, we are forced to implement these measures. We apologize for this strictness and assure you that each request is handled with the utmost care.

Refund procedure:
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your request is accepted, the refund will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a timeframe depending on your banking institution. We will notify you as soon as we have initiated the process on our end.

In case of late or missing reimbursement:

• First, check your bank account.

• Then contact your credit card issuer (there may be a delay before the refund is officially posted).

• Then contact your bank.

Our customer service will verify that you have completed all the steps before consulting our database.

We understand that these steps may seem tedious, but they allow us to process your requests efficiently and fairly.

Sale items:
If a refund is given for a sale item, it will be made on the reduced price paid and not on the non-promotional price.

Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Gifts :
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
Upon receipt of the returned item, a purchase voucher will be sent to you by email.

If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the item shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will refund the buyer and the buyer will be notified of the return.

Return costs:
Return shipping costs are your responsibility and are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

The time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary depending on where you live.
