Shipping Policy
By placing an order with Eli Stockholm, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms and conditions are established to ensure that both parties are aware of and agree to the terms of this partnership, for mutual protection and to clearly define our service commitments.
1. General information
Subject to stock availability, we strive to maintain accurate inventory management, but occasionally items may run out. If this happens, we will contact you to discuss whether you would prefer to wait for restocking or receive a credit note.
2. Delivery costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions and destination of your order.
Payment of delivery charges is made at the time of purchase and this rate is final.
3. Returns
Return conditions are available in our Returns and Refunds Policy , accessible at the bottom of the page.
4. Delivery conditions
Generally, international orders are delivered within 4 days. However, in some exceptional cases, it can take up to 14 days depending on the delivery method and carrier used.
Shipping times
Orders are generally processed within 2 business days of payment. We allow up to 24 hours for any changes to the delivery address.
Our teams communicate with the warehouses from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
The maximum shipping time is 3 working days.
However, during busy periods, delivery may take up to 1 to 2 weeks.
Important : Shipping means sending the package; delivery means actual receipt by the customer.
In the event of an exceptional delay of 3 weeks, we will offer you a solution:

Free return of your order, or

Issuance of a credit note greater than the value of your purchase.

Our customer service will respond to you within 24 business hours.
4.4 Change of delivery address
You can request an address change as long as the order has not been shipped.
4.5 Shipping to PO Boxes
We ship to PO boxes only via traditional postal services, but not via express courier services.
4.6 Delivery to military addresses
We can ship to military addresses via USPS, but not via courier service.
4.7 Out of stock products
If an item is unavailable, you will be contacted to choose between waiting for restocking or receiving a credit worth more than your initial order.
4.8 Deadlines exceeded

5. Follow-up Notification
When your order is shipped, a tracking link will be sent to you to follow the delivery of the package according to the carrier's information.
6. Package damaged during transport
If a package is damaged upon delivery, refuse it if possible and contact our customer service.
If the package was delivered in your absence, please contact our customer service immediately at kontakt@eli-stockholm.com .
7. Customs and taxes
7.1 VAT
VAT is already included in the price displayed when you order.
8. Cancellations
You can cancel your order as long as it has not been shipped.
Once the order has been shipped, please refer to our Returns and Refunds Policy .
9. Insurance
Each package is insured against loss and damage up to the value declared by the carrier.

Loss is recognized only after official confirmation from the carrier.

A delivery marked as "delivered" by the carrier is considered valid.
In the event of a dispute, we undertake to satisfy you with a free return or a credit greater than the amount of your order.
9.1 Procedure for damaged packages
We will apply the conditions mentioned in our Returns and Refunds Policy .
9.2 Procedure for lost packages
If the item is confirmed lost by post, Eli Stockholm will offer you a free return of the item(s) or a credit note greater than your original purchase.
